We specialize in personal self-defense using a blend of martial arts, tactics, and mindset development. We offer baseline self-defense for real world application scenarios, as well as dry weapon tactical training.From legals, to carry and draw, all the way to live fire shooting, we provide in-depth step-by-step training that will empower everyone that attends.

CFA is extremely well-versed in safety ministry consulting and training. We will take your church security team and grow it into a steadfast safety ministry.Churches and schools are the softest target environments in the country. A would-be active killer preys on these entities. We will help you not only train to exceptional standards, but also to build a steadfast program to protect your environment with a dedicated and discerning team.

Self-Defense for Individuals

What sets CFA apart from other companies is our approach. We are a family. We have two options available.The first? We come to you. We train and instruct you in your home, your vehicles, and within your three primary destination points, such as work, school, church, etc. We will spend the vast majority of time with you in a personal one-on-one environment: your environment. You know your home, vehicles, workplace and thoroughfares best, and that's where you will receive your instruction.The second option is for you to come train with us at our facility. We are honored to have The Rock Jiu Jitsu family provide us with an amazing training ground.We offer group self-defense classes as well as dry weapon tactical training. You won't find a cleaner or better-equipped facility in Castle Rock, owned by exceptional and wonderful people with expertise in jiu jitsu.

Safety Ministry for Churches

We meet with your leadership, your staff, your safety team, and your respective ministries. Then we develop a personalized plan for your venue, staff, and volunteers, offering training that is second to none. Our senior leadership at CFA have more than 25 years of experience working in actual roles within churches, from mega to small, and we incorporate those years of service into every second of training and assessment.Our church and safety ministry development reaches far beyond just armed training. In fact, we prioritize the ministry element over weapons. Sure, we recognize the absolute need for a properly trained team that can handle serious threats – but we are more than just owners of a tactical company. We are former employees within church settings that have learned that there is far more to running a safety ministry than simply carrying a gun and waiting for the bad guys to show up.
